Meet the Team

Shine Hairdressing has been established since 2001. The idea behind opening a salon for men and women on the University campus in Southampton has proved to be an excellent long standing business concept.

Our salon is a place where people feel welcome and valued. We want our customers to relax and enjoy their experience. Having close links to student life is fun and active. We involve ourselves in many fund raising events throughout the year. We support University societies by giving vouchers and prizes for their various functions through out the year. For us this is a great way of being part of the community at the University

We have focused our attentions mainly on creating a relaxed informal yet professional friendly environment where you can feel at ease and discuss your hair requirements without judgement.

Our team has grown from two to eight. Over the years we have trained and mentored many young hairdressers and barbers that have gone on to be industry experts in their own right as well as salon owners themselves.
